Board meeting files, filled in and filed on their own
For each project presented to the board, the team produced up to twenty documents: agreement, letters, purchase order, kits. It copied the information by hand. The app picks the right template, fills in every variable and files the document in the project's Drive folder.

Each file shows its stages, its reviews and its documents sorted by section. « Generate all » produces the missing documents at once, each with the template of its funding programme.
The templates stay the team's own
One template per funding programme, initial or amendment, kept in the Drive as before. Each variable in the template is linked to a database field, with its value on a sample file: adding a programme means dropping in its template.
One variable, three ways to write it
In an agreement, the same organisation is written as a block in the header, by its name alone in a sentence, and with its signatory in the signature box. The rule was found by comparing five signed agreements, and the app applies it on its own.
