What each agreement has used, up to date without a spreadsheet
Each funding agreement has its budget, line by line. To know where it stood, the team added up time, expenses and sessions from several spreadsheets. The app does the maths: you approve the entries, the tracking updates, and you know what is left to do before the payment request.
An agreement's time entries, found, ticked and approved in one go: on recalculation, the agreement's amount used to date goes up.
The tracking keeps itself up to date
Expenses calculated, then approved in bulk
Each expense shows its calculation: 190 km at €0.50, a meal at the flat rate. You tick an agreement's expenses, the app says whether they are eligible and breaks down each type, then you approve them all in one go.
Each agreement's rules, set by the team
Who can log time on the agreement, its Odoo tags, excluded projects, eligible expenses and their caps, indirect costs: everything reads on one page and changes in one click. The tracking takes it into account right away.
Hours without an hourly rate do not slip through
A timeline shows, person by person, the hourly rate that applies to each period. A gap shows at once: one click opens the hours concerned, already ticked, you add the missing rule, and the gap closes.
Line by line, to date or with what is planned
Each agreement shows its budget, what is already used and the share it represents. A switch adds what is planned until the end: you know right away whether the budget will hold.
Before the payment request, what is left to do
Before requesting a payment, the app reviews the agreement: time to approve, unchecked expenses, unapproved sessions, missing hourly rates. Each check opens the entries concerned, grouped by colleague.
