Miharu runs its client emails from an app built for it
Everything went out with the quote, in a single email: the price, the group's commitments, the loyalty offer, the steps to book. Clients took in very little of it. Miharu now has its own tool: the team sets up the sequence, writes its emails and follows every client.
The sequence, phase by phase. A « Practical info » email added seven days before the event takes its place in a few clicks.
Communication that goes out on its own, at the right time
Emails written with the CRM's data
The editor is built for writing. Variables slip into the text by typing « {{ », and any Zoho field becomes a variable in three moves: search for it by name, pick it, done.
Every manager stays in control
For each opportunity, you see the emails sent, the ones opened and the next one planned. You can send it now, move it, skip it or personalise it: here, a question added to the reminder that was about to go out.
« au Manoir », « à l'Orangerie », « aux Halles »
In French, the venue name changes the words around it, and with eight venues a sentence like « votre événement à {{Lieu}} » quickly reads wrong. An off-the-shelf tool would need one version of the email per venue. Here, a small table sets each venue's article once and for all, and the same sentence reads right everywhere. Because the app is custom-built, small requests like this are handled quickly: this one took five minutes.
