A custom calendar for several event venues
Built for an events group in Toulouse: several venues, dozens of rooms, and a team of 30 finally looking at the same thing.
The starting point
“Is the main hall free on Tuesday?” Answering that used to mean a phone call, sometimes two, and a spreadsheet you hoped was up to date. Options agreed verbally got lost, and the CRM lived its own life: what sales sold and what the venues showed weren't always the same thing.
What the tool does
Every venue, one calendar
Each venue, each room, each slot, at a glance.
Slots that carry a status
On hold, confirmed, declined, closed: you know what's really booked.
Connected to the CRM
The sales opportunity and the room talk to each other, in real time.
The whole team sees the same thing
30 people, one single truth, no more double bookings.
What it looks like

Screenshots from a demo instance: the data shown is fictional, the clients' own data stays with them.
Frequently asked questions
What do three days cover?
Day 1: framing the venues, rooms and permissions. Day 2: the calendar and the CRM connection, tested by the team. Day 3: the real-world cases, like options that expire, then going into production.
What if my team already uses a CRM?
That's exactly the case here: the calendar plugged into the existing CRM. We build around your tools, not instead of them.

Got a process that costs you time?
We'll turn it into a tool, together.
