Built for an events group in Toulouse. Several venues, dozens of rooms, a team of thirty people: everyone finally looks at the same schedule.
The starting point
“Is the main hall free on Tuesday?” Answering meant a phone call, sometimes two, and trusting a spreadsheet that was rarely up to date. Bookings agreed out loud got lost, and the quotes file lived apart: what sales sold was not always what the venues showed.
