Built for an events group in Toulouse. The follow-ups are written once, and every quote gets its own, on the right day, with its own details.
The starting point
Before, follow-ups were done by hand, whenever someone remembered. A quote went out on Monday, the follow-up landed ten days later, or never. Emails left from each person's own inbox, so nobody knew who had opened what.

The tool follows how you already work
Every step already existed. The tool doesn't replace it: it copies, computes and files. The decision stays with the team.
Write the follow-ups once
BeforeEach salesperson had their own follow-ups, in their head. Two identical quotes got different emails.
With the toolOne list per quote stage, on a single screen: the emails planned, their day, who they go to.
Add an email on a day
BeforeOne more follow-up meant a calendar reminder, and a copy and paste on the day.
With the toolYou click the + on the day twelve row. The email is born switched off: empty, it cannot go out.
Write it, plug in the details
BeforeA template pasted into the inbox, amounts retyped quote by quote, and typos.
With the toolYou drop the blocks, then slot in the client name, the venue, the date, the amount. Then you switch the email on.
The quote moves, the email goes
BeforeThe follow-up went out when someone remembered. Often too late, sometimes twice.
With the toolThe quote turns to sent: the email leaves on its own, with the name, venue, date and amount of that quote.
What the tool does
Five stages, their emails
Quote sent, agreed in principle, signed, after the event, declined. Each stage has its emails, written once for every quote.
One email, one day
The day is written the way you say it: three days after the quote, or thirty days before the event.
An email built from blocks
Text, heading, button, image, signature: you drop them, you see the result. The quote's details fill in on their own.
A tracking board
One card per quote, one column per stage. Scheduled, sent, opened, clicked. An amber strip marks what is waiting on a reply.
Frequently asked questions
The core: the quote stages and their emails, the editor with details that fill themselves in, and the tracking board. We frame the stages in the morning, write the first set in the afternoon. Additions come later, at €500 per feature.
The sender name and address stay yours. Replies land in that person's inbox, as before. What changes: the send is triggered by the quote's stage, not by someone's memory, and everyone can see the trace.
Two settings per detail. Required: the email waits until it is filled in. Or you write a stand-in text, and the email goes out anyway. The tool tells you how many quotes are missing that detail.
